First day of work today! rained early in the monring when i head to work. luckily Ruth brought an umbrella. ((: but it's still freaking cold. imagine, mornings here w/o rain is already like in air-conditioned room, and now it's like raining!
did cashiering at rental services. well, it was challenging, cause i'm dealing with US dollars when i'm still not familar with their currency! phew, no short cash. hahas. simple and easy tasks. not long after it's end-of-work already!
took bus home with Ruth, Ang and Rayner. met this girl name, Christina from Taiwan. funny girl, she thought Singaporeans cant speak Mandarin. on the way to AT&T to get my prepaid card we met 2 ladies with 3 kids begging money from us and ang gave them 3 bucks to buy ingredients from Publix. then they happily walked away. wth! -.-
anw, i got a US number already! yay. but for Singapore friends, contact me via internet still ok, cause the international charges arent cheap.
