maggie mee is love!
omg, it's sooo long since i last ate maggie.
and it tasted utterly nice, not only because i'm the one who cooked it!
but, it's because i'm really really REALLY very HUNGRY!!
imagine.. from 6am-5pm having only a small pathetic bread!
today's class was madness!
it started off bad and ended bad too!! BOOHOO!
suppose to wake up at 5am, i snoozed (5.05am) and snoozed (5.10am).
the next minute it was 6.29am alrdy! WTF!
ran around the house like crazy while everyone was still in deep sleep.
no taxis on road but luckily i managed to report on time.
cut my nails on the bus last minute and still,
i failed grooming because of my stupid pinky!!
argh! it spoil my record!
everyone was screamed at by Mr. Goh, myself too!
the only reason we are not ready yet.
no product knowledge, nor confidence!
was burnt by the metal trays during post-service,
how dumb am i to forget that my counter was serving HOT DISH!
luckily it was very serious, phew!
and also, i bend Mr. Goh's laminated card label!

but i'm sure the people at The Top Table was worst!
i don't know how to describe but it's like 3X worst than ours.
everything was shit today, exhausted!
i was so tired that i took my friend's apron by mistake. haha!
during debrief was already super tired.
